GCCT-COP
COP/COC Vial Automated Water-Free Cell Thawing System
Vaccines, biologics, and other pharmaceuticals are typically stored and packaged in COP/COC vials. To address the needs of users who work with COP/COC vials, our company has developed the GCCT-Vial Automated Water-Free Cell Thawing System.

The Disadvantages of Water Bath Thawing
The most common method for rapidly thawing frozen cell samples is to partially submerge cryovials in a 37 ℃ water bath for a few minutes and then observe the sample to determine if thawing is complete. However, this method has some significant drawbacks.
- High risk of contamination: Biological samples in the cryovial have a very high chance of becoming contaminated.
- Not a sterile process: A water bath cannot be used as part of a sterile process.
- Subjective and inconsistent: Different operators may have significant variations in determining the thawing time, final temperature, and endpoint, as the process relies on experience.
- Regulatory limitations: The use of water baths is restricted in GMP or clinical settings.
- Non-standardized: The process is not standardized or intelligent, making it impossible to integrate into automated cell culture equipment.

Introducing the GCCT-Vial Automated Water-Free Cell Thawing System
GCCT-Vial system helps to eliminate the potential contamination risks associated with water bath thawing for biological samples in vials. When used with the GMP software -Automated Cell Thawing Management System(GCCT-MS)enables data management and traceability, standardizing the thawing process.

Product Features
- Safe: The system eliminates the high risk of contamination from water baths, ensuring sample safety.
- User-friendly: It is easy to operate, with controls available through both software and physical buttons.
- Standardized: With built-in control procedures, the system standardizes the thawing process, removing the need for subjective judgments.
- Intelligent: Users can set their own thawing conditions and integrate the instrument into automated cell culture equipment, such as isolators.
- Real-time tracking: The system records the thawing temperature in real-time and displays the temperature curve and data.
- Traceable data: The software automatically saves the temperature curve and data, meeting GMP requirements.
- Wide applicability: It is suitable for COP/COC cryovials stored under various conditions, including in liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and ultra-low temperature refrigerators.
